About Super P Force Tablets
Super P Force tablets combine 100 mg of sildenafil, the medicine in Viagra, with 60 mg of dapoxetine, and are sold in some countries outside the US for erectile dysfunction together with premature ejaculation. Dapoxetine isn’t approved in the US, and neither is this combination, so its quality and safety haven’t been checked by US regulators.
Dapoxetine can cause dizziness and fainting, and these are more likely when it is taken with sildenafil. Sildenafil must never be taken with nitrate medicines such as nitroglycerin. If premature ejaculation is a problem for you, talk to your doctor about the options.
