1. Agreement to these terms

By using the PharmacyFarm website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. Orders can only be delivered to addresses in the United States.

3. Products and information

  • Products are sold for personal use only and not for resale.
  • We try to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate, but errors can happen. If we find an error affecting your order, we will contact you before dispatch.
  • Product and health information on this website is general information only and is not medical advice. Always read the label, and talk to a doctor or pharmacist before starting, changing or stopping a medicine.

4. Prescription medicines

  • Prescription-only medicines are marked “Rx · Prescription required” and are dispensed only against a valid prescription issued by a licensed prescriber, which you upload at checkout.
  • Our pharmacist reviews every prescription before a prescription item is dispatched. We may contact you or your prescriber to confirm details, and we may decline to fill a prescription if it cannot be verified or if dispensing it would not be appropriate.
  • Prescription items are never dispatched without a verified prescription. If we cannot verify yours, we will contact you and refund any prescription item we do not dispatch.
  • You must provide accurate information and only upload prescriptions that were issued to you (or to a person you are authorized to order for). Uploading altered or another person's prescription without authorization is not permitted.

5. Orders and payment

Placing orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy the products in your cart. All orders are subject to acceptance, availability and, for prescription items, prescription verification. We may refuse or cancel an order – for example if a product is unavailable, a price was shown in error or a prescription cannot be verified – and will refund any payment for items we do not supply.

Pricing

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice, but changes do not affect orders that have already been placed. Shipping costs are shown in your cart before checkout.

Payment methods

  • Bitcoin – 5% discount at checkout
  • Ethereum – 5% discount at checkout
  • Bank transfer – Direct bank deposit

Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.

6. Shipping and delivery

  • We deliver to addresses in the 50 US states and Washington, D.C. only.
  • Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • You are responsible for entering a complete and correct delivery address. See our shipping information for details.

7. Returns and refunds

For safety reasons, medicines and health products cannot be returned once they have been dispatched. Lost, damaged, incorrect or faulty orders are reshipped or refunded as described in our refund policy.

8. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us straight away at support@pharmacyfarm.com if you think someone else has used your account.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information, including prescription information.

10. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to PharmacyFarm or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our written permission. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PharmacyFarm is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or services, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
