Do I need a prescription for first aid products?

No. The first aid products we currently list don’t need a prescription. Read and follow the label, and ask a pharmacist or doctor if you’re unsure whether a product is right for you.

How long does delivery of first aid products take?

We deliver within the US only. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days of dispatch. Shipping is free on orders of $49 or more, otherwise a flat $5.99.

Can I return first aid products?

For safety reasons we can’t accept returns of medicines or health products once they have been dispatched. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, or your parcel is lost, contact us and we will reship or refund it as described in our refund policy.
