About Fluticasone and Salmeterol Inhalation Powder 250/50 mcg
This dry-powder maintenance inhaler combines fluticasone, an inhaled corticosteroid, with salmeterol, a long-acting bronchodilator. It is used to control asthma and to treat COPD. It does not relieve sudden symptoms.

How to use
Take 1 inhalation twice a day, about 12 hours apart, or exactly as prescribed. Rinse your mouth with water and spit it out afterwards. Keep a rescue inhaler with you for sudden symptoms.

Possible side effects
- Thrush in the mouth or throat, or hoarseness
- Headache
- A higher risk of pneumonia in people with COPD – tell your doctor about fever, cough or changes in mucus
