About Fluticasone Propionate 50 mcg Nasal Spray
Fluticasone propionate is a corticosteroid nasal spray that relieves nasal congestion, sneezing, runny nose, itchy nose and itchy, watery eyes caused by hay fever and other allergies. It works on the inflammation behind allergy symptoms rather than only blocking histamine.
Each spray delivers 50 mcg of fluticasone propionate; the bottle contains 120 metered sprays.
How to use
Adults and children 12 years and over: week 1 – use 2 sprays in each nostril once daily. Week 2 through 6 months – use 1 or 2 sprays in each nostril once daily, as needed. After 6 months of daily use, ask your doctor if you can keep using it. Children 4 to 11 years: 1 spray in each nostril once daily. Shake gently before each use.
