About Fast-Acting Glucose Tablets 4 g
Glucose tablets are a fast, measured way to treat low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), a common concern for people with diabetes who use insulin or certain other diabetes medicines. Each chewable tablet provides 4 g of glucose, so it’s easy to take the right amount.

How to use
When your blood sugar is low (usually below 70 mg/dL), chew 4 tablets (16 g of glucose). Recheck your blood sugar after 15 minutes and repeat if it is still low, then have a snack or meal once it is back in range. Follow your diabetes care team’s advice.

Possible side effects
- Get emergency help if someone with low blood sugar can’t swallow safely or is unconscious – never give tablets by mouth in that case
